The worst quality and their warranty I purchased was a complete JOKE! Was given the run around on a sectional I have had for 16 mo. It sounds like a 20 yr old piece of furniture! Was denied a warranty claim then finally had MONTAGE send someone and the repair guy said its falling apart, the webbing holding up the cushions is stretched out and I should get a new couch..,,well after no response from them I called and they said its not broken and they don't cover if it aint broke they cant fix it. I bought a 3 piece sofa set from Ashley, West Broad Street locations a year ago , they delivered a defective power recliner and the quality of the remaining two seat sofas was also not good. The model we saw in the store was of good quality . I have created a ticket the day after delivery. Technician came and took a look at it and left. After a couple weeks I have reached out to the customer care and even the store explaining the situation. But after that no response either from the store or from the customer care. This store doesn’t keep up their word. They lie to you about the ETA of the furniture you order. After you order a furniture you won’t get any replies back from them. You will have to keep visiting the store. They won’t pick up your calls. Then the ETA is also pushed back to 4 months or so. Very bad customer service at the broad street location. Never go to buy furniture at Ashley.
Worst Company ever!
I ordered furniture back in October 2020 for my brand new home. It is now March 2021, and I have called monthly and was lied to that my furniture would arrive each month. Ashley Furniture has failed when it comes to customer service. Why sell furniture that you can’t produce to the customer? I was told by my salesmen that it can take about month due to Covid-19. Here’s my review on google for them: We just purchased some furniture from the West Broad st location and what a horrible experience!! We will never shop Ashley’s furniture again. They delivered our order and our back springs couldn’t get through the door. The delivery folks then contacted the store who said they will have 2 sets of split back springs sent to us in a couple of days. We waited 2 weeks only to find out it was never ordered!
