I purchased a couch in October 2019, within days the fabric started picking, wrinkled & cushions were leaning. called and horrible customer service and was told they would come get it but would charge me a re-stock fee of $600 that would be added to my financing. so I basically would still be paying for part of it if I let them come and get it. Absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced! -door greeter posed as a sales manager during a sales pitch. We found out later that she was no manager at all. -we were lied to by the salesman on several occasions. From the timing of our delivery to the actual item we purchased. -the salesman would not return phone calls or text messages. Furniture not the best quality
Went to get a recliner and a salesman took me back to the recliners. He didn’t offer any recommendations. They only had like 8 to choose from. Not a good selection or sales dept. Wouldn’t recommend. Don’t waste your time.
We have been duped by Ashley twice. Purchased a coach and an extended warranty/insurance package filed an insurance claim for some scratches that showed up on the couch claim denied. Waste of $90 for insurance. Bought a table in 05/2017 suppossedly with a factory 1 year warranty table bubbled in joints tech came and said no problem it wasnt sealed right at the factory we will replace the table top. Now all of a sudden we are not. If you buy from Ashley do so understanding you get 90 days use before it is useless.
Do not shop at Ashley Furniture if you actually want to receive furniture that is undamaged. We ordered 2 different bedroom outfits. One they said was in stock and when it came to the delivery day we were told only half of it was in stock. This was 2 weeks ago. A drawer was cracked in half from the nightstand. Now 2 weeks later it is in and they are ready to deliver with the other outfit. Get a call last night that one of the sets headboards is damaged.
