Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!! I was told a price for a rug 3 different times from a sales person named & when it came time for me to pay it was $250 more .. and they wouldn’t honor the price. I was there for a hour looking and waiting to pay and then they upped the price. Not good business at all.
Furniture is okay but payments are to high....I wouldn't refer no one to them!!
Having the same issues with delivery being pushed back and not being notified. I found out when I called and asked about it. This happened to my parents as well some years ago.
Do not spend your money on any Ashley product. I purchased a very expensive dining suit in March of 2015. By January of 2016 the leather upholstered bench was coming apart at the seams. Sales person sold me a platinum warranty that does not cover "normal wear and tear". The bench is hardly ever used. They refuse to repair or replace the bench to my suit. Guess I will have to put duck tape across the vertical seams to be able to continue to use it. I personally will make it my life's mission to let anybody and everybody know ... read more
