They don’t stand behind their products! Screw you on warranty!
RecommendedAlways helpful staff here. Jovana is our go to girl!! Always prompt and knowledgeable about the products. The manager is also great to work with also. We have tried to shop at other Ashley stores, but always come back to the Dodge location. We will haul our items 4 hours, because of the great service.
While paying for a sectional sofa a couple of weeks ago, I was informed that the sofa I wanted was not in stock and would take no more than two weeks to be delivered. After waiting almost two weeks, I get a call saying it’ll take at least another month.
Not only is the furniture low quality, but they also have the customer service skills to match! Sales people and manager all had an “I don’t care” attitude and were plain rude when asked for help. Unfortunately, I will not be shopping there again.
I love the furniture selection at this store! Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful! However, I recently had a very poor experience with a couple of the sales ladies there. I went specifically for a sofa, while also looking for additional furniture to outfit my new apartment. Found one that I liked and asked the sales girl for 18% off the original price marked on the sofa (this was not a sale price but the full retail price). 42 days to get a couch and had to pick it up ourselves because they wouldn’t deliver before Christmas even though the salesman told me “oh absolutely you’ll have it before Christmas.” Then we get it home and it has two small holes.
Nice selection of furniture however, we had a very upsetting experience in the store. Shopping for a mattress, we had called ahead, knowing what we were looking for, and being assured it was at the store in stock. After driving an hour to get there, we found that it wasn't. The salesman did try to show us other options but all he said was that there was absolutely no returning a mattress and any question we had could be answered by flipping through the charts at the bottom of the bed.
