ALERT! My friend ordered a couch, loveseat & 2 recliners in August 2020 via online. One of the recliners was for me. She received all but the 2nd recliner which they kept giving us the run around about it wasn't ready at factory! I finally had her cancel the order & request a refund. It's March 2021 still no $329 refund! ALERT!!!
