Dustin Nuemann was so very helpful, polite and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. I told him the type of recliner I was looking for and he led me right to the area I needed. He didn't pressure me to buy, he gave me time to look and when I was ready, he was right there to answer the questions I had..I will definitely ask for Dustin when I go back. I can't wait for the delivery of my recliner.
Horrible customer service! Don’t ever purchase a warranty! They will not fix your furniture. Manager would not call me back! Associate hung up on me!!!! Worst Furniture Store Ever!!!
