Horrible customer service. Been 10 months since I’ve had issues with my poorly made ottoman and couch. Back and forth for months to get it fixed and replaced for it to be delayed. When it was ready to be delivered I wasn’t available on the day: a week or so later called and emailed several times to organise. Only when I demanded a refund and posted I was going to complain to fair trading did they get back to me and asked for my account details to refund the amount. I sent it and then a follow up email.
