Registration/checking in didn't take long since we completed it before the appointment. The wait wasn't long either. The nurse and Dr. Flannery were both very friendly. I wasn't feeling my best and they were both very sympathetic and kind. Dr. Flannery was very knowledgeable and addressed any concerns. Great first experience!
3 years in and we continue to have fantastic experiences with the office staff, nurses, and Dr. Flannery. They are incredible with our energetic, boisterous toddler. They take time to explain to him and use what they are doing, even for a basic checkup, so that he can understand and willingly participate. They are very patient when he is being difficult to cooperate. They are kind and try multiple things to put him at ease. They make a visit a great experience with a book, sticker, sucker.
