David was extremely knowledgeable about all styles and types of flooring, very easy to communicate with, and the entire experience was low pressure and friendly. The installation by Nestor and his team was great, and the resulting fit and finish was perfect, even around tricky areas or where they meet existing floors. David and the team helped out my Dad and family immensely after an unfortunate situation led to us needing flooring done throughout his condo. Came in with honest flexible pricing, gave us amazing recommendations, provided multiple options, and helped us work through a difficult situation. Installed a laminate floor for an barrier free accessible kitchen. Quality sales and service. The floor installed was modified with an extra raised cork underlay that offered a smooth transition.
