Was helped by David to select carpet for our family room. He was thorough to explain pros and cons to different materials and it was easy to sign out samples to see what they looked like in our home. Install was booked easily and day / time kept. Installer was professional and of quality workmanship. We received a follow up from David the next day to ensure everything went well and we were happy with everything. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Ashley Fine Floors.
Recently bought vinyl plank for my basement from here. The whole experience was seamless and the staff was easy and great to work with and very knowledgeable! Will recommend to anyone looking for new flooring in the future!
We recently contacted Ashley at Ashley Fine Floors to arrange for our bedroom carpet to be "restretched" as it had sagged a bit in places since it was installed. The response to our request was prompt and professional and the work was accomplished without any further charge to us - something we greatly appreciated. We'll definitely return to this company when we're ready to replace more flooring in our home.
Massive thanks to Ashley Floors and project manager David F for delivering a fantastic result in our condo. David was extremely knowledgeable about all styles and types of flooring, very easy to communicate with, and the entire experience was low pressure and friendly. The installation by Nestor and his team was great, and the resulting fit and finish was perfect, even around tricky areas or where they meet existing floors.
