Ashley's Flooring did most of the original flooring in our home in 1994, and several smaller projects since then. Every step of the process of upgrading my floors was so easy. The selection process, bringing home samples, measuring, ordering, and especially installing went smoothly and quickly. My floors are stunning and beautiful. If you are planning on any flooring purchases I highly recommend you try Ashley Fine Floors!
I highly recommend Ashley for their fine customer contact (David) and superior installation (JY). Despite the challenges of out of level floors and angular space in my basement, their communication and expertise were above professional, with a finished product to match!
We loved the product we got from Ashley, couldn’t find comparable at other companies in the area. The quote was well detailed and clear. The install team was great, efficient and beautiful workmanship and asked questions about our preferences on different aspects. They coped with our weird old house beautifully. Every stairway was built of unequal steps and they custom fit everything perfectly. We should have switched our ceramic tile to vinyl years ago!
Just met Mitch for staircase Nosing he took the time to understand the requirements, made some calls to find the right product. And within minutes he provided a solution. Wonderful service nice gentleman.
