I hired Elizabeth to review/ revise a commercial lease. She failed to do her due diligence as my attorney in guiding me in what documentation I needed to provide. Upon consultation she advised after I paid her fee to send over the lease, nothing else. When she finally sent the draft lease she informed me she saw a few mistakes but didn't have my LOI to verify.
