Ashley catered a conference (Montessori for Social Justice!) I attended in Chicago. Everything was top notch and professional, from the service delivered by friendly folks to the thoughtful use of extra food - donated to the hosting school’s Love Fridge for anyone in the community who needs it. The variety of restricted diet options was the best I’ve ever had at a work event. As a lifelong carnivore, I was skeptical of the vegan meatballs…then ended up going back for more! Ashley is attentive, professional, and of course makes great tasting food. I worked with Ashley for about 3 months getting 10 meals a week. It made my lunch and dinners easy which left me with time to do other things. I certainly recommend Chef Ashley for any occasion. I personally will be a longtime customer.
Chicken Alfredo was on point one of the best I’ve ever came across would definitely recommend eating with her
