Dallas is fortunate to have Dr. Ross after his years at Johns Hopkins. His knowledge, service, and personal approach puts anything MD Anderson has to offer in this area to shame. Grateful he is here and for all he does to educate, serve, and treat with the highest degree of professionalism and care.
This man was the best 2nd opinion EVER...A truly gifted surgeon with careful regard to not only eradicate the cancer...but also spare part or all the nerves when possible. Any man who faces the possibility of removing prostate cancer through having a radical robotic prostatectomy needs to understand about nerve-sparing techniques. My first Urologist had no interest in sparing any or all of my nerves...this would essentially have left me permanently unable to perform a natural erection. I honestly believe Dallas has one of the best Urologist in the country in Dr. Ross! Our family appreciates Dr Ross professionalism, patience, constant communication, and competence during the whole process. Dr. Ross diagnosed my cancer, advised me of all my options, referred me to another provider for a second opinion, completed my robotic surgery, visited me during my post-op recovery 3 times during the same day. Dr. Ross took his time to explain all information thoroughly, answer our questions, and make recommendations. He was excellent throughout the entire process.
