Ashley Contractors are terrible. They lie, they ignore calls, or they literally pick up the phone and hang it up. They have blown me off for weeks. Do not hire this awful company for anything.

The first step to research this company is GOOGLE its President of Construction Brian Stepp. Contract called for 3 week bathroom renovation and even after 2 extensions, it took 7 plus weeks. Water pipes were split with staple gun twice. The second one leaked and caused damage on the ceiling below. Uses the "change order" clause in the contract to collect money before job is complete. After 8 months, of what was supposed to be 8 weeks, we contacted an attorney to terminate our contract with Ashley Contractors. We are completing our project by hiring subcontractors ourselves. The communication was sporadic and we were often provided with only excuses. We literally did not have a kitchen for 4 months and were missing a window for over 6 months.
