I booked Ashley to do my hair & make up and my mums hair & make up for my wedding in April. Firstly Ashley was super easy to communicate with, she was happy to answer any questions, always responded promptly and her whole booking system was effortless. My hair only lasted less than one hour so had fallen out before I walked down the aisle for my wedding, it looked like a $20 job at the end so I was really not happy and very upset. You pay big money for experience and results and trust . Ashley’s first response why it did not work out - was blaming me and my hair , took no responsibility and had no compassion and a refund was not offered . I had to cover my hair up with my veil at the wedding for the photos not to mention the emotional upset before my wedding . Her website ... read more
