Rude. Doesn’t care about long time clients.
Nobody touching call when it hits the fan. Also if your payment is late then your svc WILL BE CA N CELED THEN THEY DOUBLE UP BY CHARGING YOU 350$ THEN YOU MUST DRIVE HOURS TO THE MAIN LOCATION TO FIRMLY INSERT THEIR CONTROL OVER YOU. THEY KINDA SUCK
Terrible customer service and extremely rude. Very unprofessional. The employee made a mistake and when I called to have it corrected, she admitted the mistake was theirs and proceeded to be unnecessarily rude.
