Dr. Chamberland is an amazing Pediatrician, she works well with me and my family. She is very good with my child and is very thorough and answers ALL questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
It is unfortunate, as Ashley is a wonderful provider. However, my experience with Advent’s front desk has been challenging and has not felt solution-focused. The emphasis on rigid policies, at times, seems to overshadow the goal of providing patient-centered care. For example, attempting to establish care for my children was difficult due to the policy limiting providers to one new patient in the morning and one in the afternoon, which is not always feasible for families with multiple children.
