Dr Cefalu exceeded expectations for a General Practitioner starting on our initial appointment by providing outstanding communication, follow-up, treatment and referrals. She’s prepared for appointments and inquires from previous visits conversations. This attention to detail demonstrates professionalism and willingness to provide strategic care. I recommend Dr Cefalu based on years of experience.
Dr. Cefalu listens to what you have to say. She takes time with you and you do not feel rushed. I have multiple issues and she does her best to address them all. She values your knowledge of your own body. She takes this into consideration when diagnosing and treating the issues you are seeing her for. No God complex with her. The only issue I have is that it's really difficult to get your phone calls returned. Getting script refills called in has been an issue on/ off lately also. I'm not sure why? This is a horrible facility. Their answering service is deplorable. It doesn't seem any of their doctors want new patients or want to work at all. I've tried to make appointments with multiple providers at this facility. If you care about your health find some other facility, don't visit a dysfunctional one.
