My second time visiting Dr. Cogar for me hand was a terrible experience. I do not know if she or her staff changed however, I did not get any support from her or her staff regarding my diagnosis of moderate to light hand movement with hand therapy when I provided paperwork for my employer. The paperwork sat for 2 weeks I called with no callback. When I showed up in person to inquire about the paperwork her staff told me it would not be completed because I did not have surgery.
