IVR is absolutely horrible, then when I finally got a representative they passed the feedback along and were the most apathetic ppl I have ever met. i think if my grandmother was dying, they would have just redirected
I spent weeks trying to get my former carrier to update my insurance when I moved states. Ashley got me set up with Geico in about an hour.
They intentionally ignore their obligation as an agent. Specifically Robin.
Everytime I call this place I got to deal with a credit card I used being compromise after I got insurance for my atv and a another time I put a new card of file for auto payment somebody needs to get to the bottom of this problem 🤔
