We have been patients here for a couple years now for our dog Red and one visit for our cat. Each appt was always helpful, and caring and informative. They state they offer emergency services but when we called for an emergency when our dog collapsed at home with irregular breathing we were met with "well we are closing in 10mins, you could try the vets down in holymed.". I was definitely taken back by that response with an emergency situation and him being an established patient there. We had to call around to 2 other vets ... read more

The staff are truly wonderful. They always treat my dog, with so much love, patience, and kindness. It’s clear how much they care about the animals they see, and I always leave feeling confident that he’s in the best hands. I’m so grateful for their compassion and the gentle way they handle every visit.

We’ve taken our 4 year old Dalmatian here since he’s a puppy. The staff is always so friendly. Clean, prompt service everytime. All the vets and staff are so helpful.

I recently visited Ruckesville animal hospital with my dog, Nyla, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Hope, were incredibly welcoming and professional. They showed genuine care and compassion toward Nyla, making the whole visit stress-free and comfortable. I highly recommend them for anyone with veterinary needs.
