We were unable to reach anyone by phone. The answering automated system doesn't allow you to speak the person you are looking for and when you type the person's name in, it still doesn't recognize the name. Even when it is Ashley's name. The direct line doesn't state who's line you're leaving a message on. So we drove there. 9:30 am on a Friday, no one was at the office. It was dark, door locked. No hours on the door/window. Had to call the 800 # to get assistance.
