I purchased a car in November of last year. The owner assured me that her husband was a mechanic, who stands by his work and would never let a car leave the lot that wasn't ready to go. Three days later, the car broke down. They begrudgingly took the car back, and attempted to fix it. Three weeks later, I was told that it was fixed and ready to go. Bought a explorer from them, literally broke down the same day! The "warranty" they sell...RUN!!! The only mechanic that accepts it is in Fort Smith and looks is as heck! Ended up trading it for a huge loss plus a car payment!
Ive gotten 4 cars from Ashley auto sales in the past and ive never had a problem with them. And im hopefully about to get my 5th car from them bc i trust them.
