BEWARE of Ashley McCormack at Pinnacle Dermatology in Murfreesboro Tennessee. I was a brand new patient and being seen for dark spots on my face. Ashley took a quick look at my areas of concern, dotted them with a pen and then instructed another woman to freeze the areas. I was told I would like I was in a fight due to the scabbing.
