My hearing aids had fallen apart and I called her office. The receptionist took my information, looked up my type of hearing aid, and ordered the part. When the part came in the receptionist called me to come in. She replaced the broken part and everything worked great! The wonderful thing about Ashley Anderson’s business is how well trained everyone is that works with her. I give them a 5 star rating.
Thorough testing and a very smooth process. The facilty was impressive. Ashley gave a great explanation of the results. Her recommendations based on my symptoms and the assessment gave me comfort over what I had been experiencing.
Dr. Anderson was very patient and interactive with my child.
