I personally liked Dr Wright. However, the follow up leaves a LOT to be desired. I went in in April. Dr Wright suggested a CT scan. My insurance declined it without a peer to peer review first. This means the dr has to call in to explain the need. So I had to get an ultrasound first. So I did. That was in May and was inconclusive as the Dr knew it would be. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the quality of care and administrative management at this practice over the past year. Due to factors entirely beyond my control—including Dr. Wright’s leave of absence, staffing shortages, and communication gaps during your portal migration—my routine physical could not take place last year. Dr. Wright (and her staff) are such a breath of fresh air in a time when health care can feel generic and faceless. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, I was treated with dignity, respect, smiles, and full attention. Dr. Wright has such a great personality and went to great lengths to explain why she was using her cellphone and get my permission (it records the appointment as we speak and transcribes everything into written form, freeing up the doctor to **focus on the patient** rather than madly typing notes i... read more
Not a good "doctor" at all. She had a really bad attitude and did not even take care of what I went in there for and they never gave me my flu shot. She kept texting on her phone and then said she had to go to lunch?!?. This is so sad for Northside because usually I have a great experience. I am a loyal fan of NH but definitely will never see this "doctor" again!
I am so glad I found Dr. Ashley Wright; she spends a lot of time with me and is genuinely interested in everything I have to say or ask. She is very professional, compassionate and has an extremely upbeat personality. She puts me at ease and makes it easy for me to discuss any worries or concerns I have. I highly recommend Dr. Wright.
