I am an active patient of Dr Alex. I see her once a year but over the past week I have had daily headaches. I have left messages on the nurse line for a week without a return call. I have tried the nurse line, apt line, doctor's line, infusion line and they all go to voicemail and no one ever answers the phone. Dr. Alex is absolutely wonderful! The initial visit is long; (come with dates and specifics!) but she wants to gather as much information as she can to build a baseline and makes you really feel heard. Up to date on current practices and alternative methods and was open to suggestions and feedback from me. I started my journey being misdiagnosed twice from another local, well-known practice that did not go well. I’m very thankful that I found Dr. Alex!
