I am genuinely appalled by the level of unprofessionalism I encountered from the staff at Ashley Treatment Center. As a healthcare provider attempting to advocate for and assist a patient who was actively under their care, I expected at minimum basic professional courtesy, communication, and respect. I transitioned into Ashley Outpatient immediately after being discharged from inpatient treatment on January 7, 2025, and the continuity of care made a significant difference in my recovery. I completed my assessment on January 8, 2025, and began the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) the following day.
