Christina Coad is the best and helped us find an amazing sectional. Answered all of our questions we had and showed us multiple options. Delivery was also less than a week!!! We told her what we were looking for and this sectional meets it all, recliners, console (we even added an extra), and a chaise! Highly recommend coming here for any home needs!
I have no problem with the product, the department manager or the store manager at Ashley. It’s their customer service that sucks. We purchased a mattress and when the delivery truck got here, I ran outside and asked does you truck leak? Our driveway is only 3 weeks old. They confirmed it didn’t leak. Well that wasn’t true. The truck left an oil spot in my driveway that was less than 1 month old. I was really proud of it after we replaced the one that was 30 years old. Now it looks disgusting.
