Great service from Andrew Walker in helping us with a basement sectional solution!
Won't honor mattress warranty! They did sent a tech over to measure the sag in the mattress, but this so called tech was very superficial. The mattress is internally broken, and it does not show a sag until you actually sit on it.
Michael Rufener is the best in helping me and other customers. Please give him my best thanks.
