Great staff! Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Store has what felt like an abundance of styles of furniture, definitely would recommend Ashley Furniture in Plattsburgh to anyone looking for a worry-free purchase.
My girlfriend and I went to Ashly last Tuesday and after looking at their awesome selection picked out a wonderful sectional. The service was great from start to finish. A week later and we’re enjoying it in our home. They delivered it at a time that was good for us with our busy schedules, and the delivery guys were awesome and removed our old couch and sofa to the garage for us without a hassle. Definitely 5 stars and will be shopping there again.
We have a credit of over $800 because their staff broke some of our furniture on delivery. We went in to get a crib and changing table using the credit and were told it’s online only and we aren’t allowed to use our credit for that. When asking for the owner/manager, who was standing right in front of us, he pretended it wasn’t him and said they could give him our phone number. We absolutely love the couch we bought here. Our sales associate, Gary LaMoy, was wonderful. We never felt rushed or pressured. Delivery was faster than we expected. We'll definitely be using them for our future furniture purchases.
