I needed a dresser that came disassembled so I could put it together upstairs. The stairway is narrow and furniture needs to be brought up in pieces. I told the sales associate this multiple times and was ensured the furniture would come disassembled. It did not. I mentioned to the delivery team that the dresser wouldn’t fit, they let me know if I took the drawers out I could see where I could take the dresser apart. This was untrue.
