Terrible Customer Service & Warranty Runaround I purchased my furniture from Ashley’s with the Regard extended warranty, which the sales rep assured me would cover repairs or replacement if the item could not be fixed. Unfortunately, when my furniture developed an issue, the technician himself noted in his report that it could not be repaired or matched.
