It took me a while to find just the furniture that I was looking for, but when I did, it was really good quality at a great price. I'll be going back again to buy more from this store as I continue to set up my new house.
I did a lot of research ahead of time before going to the store so I knew exactly what I was looking for. one of my biggest complaints about furniture stores in general is the fact that they are so pushy when you walk in the doors. its like a race between employees to see who can get to you first. the people at Ashley Furniture in South Charleston WV were not like that. I've shopped there for furniture several times and have never had bad service.
I recently purchased a living room and dining room. They have a great selection and helpful staff. We picked what we wanted and were in and out quickly. Furnature arrived earlier than expected.
I made a stop at Ashley Furniture to look at a new sofa and chair the options for pay was more than I had thought. I was more than satisfied with the courtesy of the sales staff and the office staff. They were very informative in all aspects of ordering and delivery. Thank you for making this purchase very easy
I have always been satisfied with the sales people there. Convenient ways to pay and having access to pick up or delivery,. After purchasing our coffee table last year, we had a problem, but had no problem getting repaired.
Our recent transaction was very smooth. My salesman worked with me over the phone to make my purchase easier so I didn't have to return to the store.
We had an excellent experience at the South Ridge Ashley furniture store! We spent an evening sitting on every leather reclining couch in their showroom! Our sales person was helpful but left us alone to make our choice. He was there to assist after we made our final selection and explained all of our options. We never felt pressured and could not be happier with our beautiful couch! They will be our first choice for furniture in the future!
