We went in and bought a couch -paid in full in cash -way back in September. We went in because there was a sale and we were very clear that we wanted something in stock that would be delivered in under two months. We bought 4 electronic recliners from the billings mt. store. *************************** was the sales rep that helped us he was awesome. He brought a wheel chair to our car for me, also he gave us a new & better battery for the one that failed. KUDOS to ***** & the store mgr. *******************************

I paid over $1000.00 and have received 0 product and 0 of my money back. The manager stated “there was nothing he could do”.

I recently spoke with a new manager who attempted to allow me to use my "expired" store credit of $1,050.00. After an almost two week attempt he informed me since my credit has expired all he can offer me is free delivery and shipping on anything else I purchase in the future. With that being said, due to their "policy" I will not receive a refund/partial refund or any product in place of that credit. I purchased some furniture totaling around $2000 in March 2023. Over a week ago my bed broke in half. I received an email from a customer rep requesting the serial number and couple of picture. I sent her the info and i haven't heard from her. Anyway I am very disappointed with the customer service and i need my bed replaced asap. So far I am happy with the assistance I received purchasing a bed and mattress. The items are back ordered and I haven’t received them yet so I will update later. I have received good assistance so far and Elizabeth was very helpful.

I placed an order for one queen storage bed, mattress , sofa and loveseat , dining table with chairs and 2 chairs for kitchen counter on 09/16/2023. After a month and lot of follow up they delivered half the stuff i.e on 10/14/2023.. and to my surprise they delivered the wrong bed with no storage and with no spring box and asked us to use it for the time being till they deliver the right bed. Poor customer service. After paying for a 5 year protection plan. Once I reported it and they refused to fix my issue. I have never been treated like this before Why pay extra for no service?
