I ordered a special table that took 4-6 weeks, it arrives, we pick it up, get it home, omstraight out if the box it was damaged! Call these guys, have a tech come out, tech says it can be fixed in shop, they come and pick up the table and inform me after they already have it in the shop! That it could take a week to fix, that's not a timely manner for something that I feed my family at EVERY night!! Also I paid for a NEW table not for a damaged on to be fixed! Their wooden furniture is cheaply constructed. Where they should use glue and screws there are only screws.No longevity for their products.
