My husband and I always have great service at Ashley’s. The employees are very helpful without being overly pushy and always ensure you are getting best price… at least that’s been our experience
We stopped in at the Ashley Store to look at furnishings and to get some ideas for the house. Before I knew it, we were purchasing several items! Our salesperson was Mell. What wealth of info he has! Pleasant and respectful. No pushing whatsoever! We took our time and had one of the BEST/NO HASSEL experiences we've ever had. When the delivery guys came, they took the utmost respect/care with assembly, set up and cleanup. We will definitely shop at Ashley in the future and you should too! Nice clean store with amazing staff. Came in to purchase a love seat and was able to complete it in under 10 minutes!
We had a wonderful experience with Mel at the Tukwila store. He was helpful, but not smothering. He was honest and very knowledgeable. We bought several items for our living room and master bedroom. We will go back to this Tukwila store again!
I purchased a mattress and frame. Some of the time I felt like I was buying a used car. I won't go back again. I like Macy's.
