Just moved to Seattle and met Rick at at the Tukwila location. Had a very professional experience and got to ask my questions. Would recommend !
They sent a technician out to check my mattress, but the technician never set on the mattress to feel what I feel. He took pictures and measurements. How can pictures show the company what I feel. My complaints are about what I feel and how the mattress hurts my back. The damn mattress isn't firm!! He finally had me lie down and sit on the mattress.
