Go find a hometown furniture store to deal with. Lesson learned. I went to the Jackson TN store to purchase a living room suit and a bedroom suit, we found what we liked and purchased $8000.00 worth. They set the delivery date for the living room suit to be 1 1/2 months after purchase, when I called a couple days before delivery I was told that not all the pieces were In and would have to set a second date for the rest to be delivered. Ashley Furniture has the worst customer and product service I ever experienced! Further, the horrible service I experienced was at my eight-year old son’s expense. I went to Ashley Furniture to purchase my son’s first real bed. After I submitted my order, they delivered the wrong color bed to my residence. When I called the store to address this issue, they made it seem like it was my fault, saying that I chose that color bed. This was untrue.
