Excellent across the board. She was friendly, yet very professional. She answered all my questions and was to the point - here's the issue, here's the solution, here's the plan. Referrals and future scheduling was very quick, and the rest of the office staff was truly a joy.
The attentiveness of the staff and friendliness exceeded my expectations.
I am delighted with the care provided by Dr. Porter and her staff. I do have one comment. On June 24 I was diagnosed with a CRITICALLY LOW iron deficiency by my MD. She advised me to get attention ASAP, but the earliest I could be seen by your organization was July 8. It makes me wonder why the medical profession even bothers with a CRITICALLY LOW classification if a patient can't get help for 2 weeks? I survived, but really, it was difficult. Even then I must still wait till July 20th to get my first infusion. Makes me wond... read more
