That is our first RV trip, and we had a great experience renting from Ash-Lee RV Rentals. We traveled four Texas state parks in 6 days with no issues. Vidal’s RV walk through was very helpful. Ashlee helped us a lot for the smooth rental and return. We will definitely rent from them again in the future.

We had a great experience renting from Ash-Lee RV Rentals. We traveled all the way to Maine and back with virtually no issues. Trey was always available for any questions we had along the way. The RV was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely rent from them again in the future.

Cancelled RV the day before trip - after I'd flown over from the UK. To be fair, did help source another RV from a different location, but the comms were not great (no reply to questions for the few days before the cancellation) and the comms around the cancellation were poor. A good message would have been "Very sorry, last minute tech issue with your rental. But we've sorted you a replacement: it'll be available at location X instead". This is one of the absolute most pleasant companies to rent from. We had a blast on our vacation visiting the ark. Their rentals are very nice and clean. We will absolutely be renting from them again.
