Newly established patient appt tmrw called me to cancel had an emergency. Next appt end of September early Oct!!! 😱😱 I think she didn't want to see me! And I'm a retired 65 yr old newly moved from out of state! I wouldn't recommend her at all! Thank goodness I didn't pay ahead on My Chart! Bad business practice!!

Dr Russo has been a great doctor. She is very knowledgeable and up on all the latest medical information. She diagnosed me and has been a great advocate for my care. She has given me a much improved quality of life. She has educated me on my condition, is kind and caring. She has pushed my insurance carrier for the care I need. Thanks for all you have done for me.

I see Dr Ashlee Russo. She’s always great and the office staff is nice also. You can easily get through also. I’d highly recommend her.

Practicioner was fabulous and she was very patient with my elderly mother. Receptionist was NOT very interested in assisting me. She was knowledgeable but I had to ask questions that I felt should have been her role to give standard info regarding next appointment procedures. I felt like I was annoying her.
