Absolutely horrible customer service. No care for their patients.
The office admin is completely rude and uncaring. The office grace period for driving an hour away and finding parking in their god awful parking lot , being 4 minutes late i was cancelled. I will not be rescheduling and will never recommend this office.
they cancelled my appointment because i was 10 minutes late, even though i called to warn them 40 minutes prior. It looks me an hour to drive there and the parking lot takes minimum of 5 minutes to walk from into the office. then an elevator to go up. no lenience and no kindness. will never recommend
Dr ruggles is amazing it’s her staff that are terrible Tina is the worst send me documents to my email told her I can’t open it her response was well I don’t know I can fax it to the place I need to take my dad to get lab work and everything there rushing and not giving the common Courtesy to call and Let the patient know that the email was sent which no one has reached out to me. I reached out to them three times and I received an attitude from Tina very unprofessional.
Dr. Ruggles saved my life in 2023 when I was 40 years old & diagnosed with Stage 3b CRC cancer (no history of any cancer in my bloodlines), so needless to say, I think Dr. Ruggles is the best! From the initial visit at Capital Health Hopewell, I felt instinctually connected to her. I felt like I was conversing with a respected friend, rather than just a surgeon.
