THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE, please don’t come here. Unfortunately Im stuck here until my lease is over but I wish I can leave soon. The AC is always broken ( in summer time) , electricity comes and goes, we don’t have water, this place is dirty, THE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST! They always “apologize “ for everything but never do anything about it but when it comes to charge the rent, they are the first ones to send emails about it. Cheap living. thick walls so you can't really hear neighbors. But electricity and air conditioning go out frequently. I've lived here for almost amonth and haven't seen my room temp below 74F
Past its prime but decent upkeep
I have moved into Ashlawn towers just recently on April 24th 2025. A lot of things the Assistant Property manager hides away and I only found out upon signing lease and moving in. First upon arrival the door doesn’t lock and open properly. The walls were kind of stripping for a new renovation studio apartment. (Mostly the bathroom) The light constantly goes away.
