The Rec center at Ashland University is a great to come if you are looking to play basketball. Monday-Thursday there is usually pick up basketball games from 2-5.
Looking to release stress? The Rec center is a great place to get a good workout in and maybe even try a groupX class!

Great place to work on your fitness! Has great equipment and offers group classes on a daily basis! Zumba is my favorite!
The aerobic room is typically not in use during the day (9-3pm)! You can bring your favorite workout videos and play them in this room if your dorm room isn't big enough!
Bring a friend to a GroupX class to increase motivation and support.
Usually if you want to play pick-up basketball, there are groups playing around 7 on Mondays!
Come to the gym after 9:00 p.m. and you'll have the entire weight lifting room to yourself until they close at 10:00 p.m.
