Dr. Donnelly is the BEST neurosurgeon you will find!! He is brilliant, yet humble, caring & thoughtful. He explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I have had multiple, difficult issues with my spine. Dr. Donnelly is the only neurosurgeon I saw who understood my issues enough to repair them. I feel that he has saved my life! I could NOT recommend him more.

Worst treatment I have ever had I am ashamed that I ever worked at UH for 20 years if this is how you represent. Had what I thought was kidney stone no pain meds. Wanted them before CAT scan they accused me of hospital shopping that is bullshit. Took out IV crawled to Avon Cleveland Clinic my actual hospital. IV pain meds CAT scan my kidney is the dive of a grapefruit with huge infection. Won’t go back if I am dying.

When to visit this doctor for a second opinion regarding back surgery. He was very rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. He acted as though he did not want to see me. He stated, he did not want to step on the other doctor's toes. He explained my condition better than the original doctor but he did not seem happy abut it. Dr. Kolp is perhaps the best family physician I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable about a wide range of health issues as well as conditions such as depression and anxiety. You would be hard pressed to find a better, more kind doctor.

Brecksville Location- Great doctor and facility but the worst receptionist taking appointment calls. Incredibly rude! I expected it to be busy for a Monday morning when calling but I tried for 45 minutes before I got through. Finally someone answered (total attitude in her tone the entire call) attempted to make an appointment and she asked for my daughters insurance card and when I attempted to get it I realized I had left it in the car. This place is a joke. The lady at the front counter had her kids here took a good 30 min to come back to start putting my information in. Then the next girl came up and asked for my co-pay which i did not have at the time. So i was denied service. Better off going to er and billing the 200 copay.

The practice is always busy, but we have never had a problem getting same day sick appointments. The doctors are amazing and we have been going here since my daughter turned 2, 9 years now. My favorite dr (who was my pediatrician as a child) retired, but he has left behind a very capable staff and practice!! My kids never have feared going to the doctor, nor shots. They always feel accepted and are treated with a high level of respect by whoever sees them. I would recommend Comprehensive Pediatrics to anyone with children.
