Medicare state this bill was filed with a coding error. Obviously, it was not refilled correctly. Bill sent to collection service. I have two insurances and never pay a bill. Now I get a collection notice! No real physical address. No one returns a call. Where is this place? What is a valid phone number. I have tried four numbers. I had to pay the bill because I did not want to return my credit. Medicare would reimburse me,but I can’t get it refilled correctly!
Received an email from a collection agency regarding a bill and there is no date of service so if I wanted to investigate this it makes it difficult to do so. I have tried to call the office and am unable to get through to anyone. I will not pay a bill until I receive my EOB from my secondary insurance. My Secondary insurance takes care of my Medicare deductible so I do not know why I received this. Needless to say I am not happy. I always pay my bills.
