Made an appointment for a specific time early morning, I arrived on time and still waited 35 mins to get my nails done. I had a simple design in mind (checkered) and they said no. then charged me 60 dollars for a fill. I'll go somewhere else!

I got a full acrylic set and gel polish. Alan carefully took his time and did a wonderful job for a great price. He listened to my preferences and checked in with me throughout the service to make sure I liked everything and was comfortable. I’m a new mom and it has been so long since I’ve been pampered like that! Thank you so much for the good experience and beautiful nails x

I’ve given this salon multiple chances to redeem themselves & every single time it’s poor service & awful nails. Don’t even bother scheduling an appointment because they don’t follow them. Nails always look iffy & they tear up your cuticles. I will never be coming back & highly suggest anyone else goes to Nails 2 instead.

Used to be consistently wonderful, but I haven't been here in about 8-10 months because every time I made an appt, I would walk in to being told it was going to be 45min to an hr later. Plain and simple they do not take appts. They write your name down, but NEVER have I been taken on time since they started taking appts. I work in an appt based salon and I would never dream of doing this. It's not good business. Not only that, I would consistently get the same thing and the price changed every time.
