These nails are HORRIBLE. I had an appointment booked with Alan, but a different technician asked to take me instead. She seemed creative, so I agreed—a huge mistake. Despite knowing I wanted them long, she immediately told me, 'I’m doing this very fast because I have things to do and places to be.'
