On hold for over 15 minutes... and there is no call back feature in their phone system like most modern clinics where you can remain in queue but not have to sit on hold. Willing to revise this IF they can handle customer service better.
I have been seeing Dr Coggin for a number of years now. He has helped me with several ongoing health issues. I appreciate all he's done. His staff has been great also. I see him at least 3 times a year.

My 84 year old Mother was a patient of Dr. Hubbard's for about 3 years. She needed her medication refilled for Meniere's disease in which she gets sudden episodes of vertigo, tinnitus and nausea. My sister left a message for this, I left a message in his nurse's voicemail and Mom's pharmacy delivery company through her insurance attempted at least 4 times to request this refill over the span of a couple weeks, to which there was no response whatsoever.
