I am writing for my friend Pam who wants to warn you about the billing practices of Ashland Home Care: She was admitted to hospital via ER for emergency care on 2/01/26. She notified Ashland Home Care 2/02/26 that she would be in hospital and not require their services until she was back home. That she would notify them when to resume. She was informed by Chad, manager, that she would be charged for all visits scheduled (from 2/06/25 forward even though no care would be provided) because this is their policy.
