RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF! I had a family member come to the Ashland Health and Wellness center that’s affiliated with Third Street Family Health Services that didn’t have insurance. When she asked for the sliding scale fee form she was advised to fill out upon arrival, the front desk receptionist rolled her eyes, turned to the medical assistant or nurse (whoever was behind her) and they both made a rude smirk at one another. A wonderful experience all around. I got an appointment right away. I did not have to wait too long once arriving at the clinic to be seen. The physician I was seen by was excellent. She listened to my concerns. Was not too pushy with care I didn't think I needed but did suggest many options I was free to utilize. I highly recommend this clinic.
