They tend to run the hospital more as a dictatorship. They’ve got their managers, but they micromanage them. The CEO acts as if she is a God, which is far from the truth. Says she plays by the rules, and yet she breaks rules herself. Sets standards and expectations for all other staff that don’t seem to apply to her. Not sure if the board members are aware of her actions or if they even care. The wrong individuals are put in positions they are unqualified for. They’ve discriminated and harassed employees.
Only giving 2 starts because of the providers I’ve dealt with that provided excellent care. That star level can increase if I get an apology and my job back from the management team. Very unprofessional from CEO>>> down. Some staff can be very nice but majority aren’t.
I had a time sensitive serious injury and they got me airlifted to Denver. I'm thankful for everyone there and they did the best they could. I was very impressed!
