Had to switch tires from a broken rim to a new one and was having trouble finding an open shop. I drove by here and saw the garage door open so i stopped by and had the pleasure of meeting Ricky there. Although they were actually closed Ricky still asked what i needed and i let him know and decided to go ahead and do it for me. We had a great conversation while he replaced the tire and did a beyond exceptional job. He’ll be getting all my future work.
Daughter's Accord had engine warning light start blinking in the middle of her trip south. Ashland Garage got her in and repaired (coil replaced) and back on the road in a jiffy (like less than <2 hrs). No up-charging. Very reasonable rate. Whew. Thanks. A+++
Since Jeremy left. I’ve experienced poor service very poor service. I will no longer be taking my vehicles to disestablishment.
Went here for a walk-in inspection of my Honda. Folks that are friendly and kind, able to get get the inspection done same day within about an hour. Great service and a cozy waiting area, felt comfortable while waiting for my car. Definitely will be our go-to place for auto repair in the future. Thanks!
A huge shout‑out to two of my favorite people at Ashland Garage. Dana always finds a way to brighten the day with her incredible customer service, and Ricky went above and beyond to treat me like family while explaining the repairs I needed. Right before Christmas, I got a repair quote from another shop closer to home, and the number nearly knocked the wind out of me.
