I grew up in Ashland, and currently reside in southern Wisconsin. I ordered flowers for my mom in attempt to get well. My complaint is in regard to the older lady on taking the order. I felt that they were very short with me, didn't offer suggestions, and kind of made me feel like they were to busy to take the order.i felt rushed and I mean my mom is sick in the hospital and I'm feeling like they don't care.
