Working at Ashland has been a very positive experience. You gain lots of healthy and extraordinary relationships while being there. You get to hear lots of stories and journeys the residents have experienced and as a young adult i’ve taken the advice from the residents and applied it to my personal life<3
I enjoyed the warm atmosphere so much when I went to visit my aunt that I ended getting a job at Ashland Farm. My aunt was living in the traditional assisted living but since then I have had three more family members move to Ashland Farm, two in need of memory care. I wouldn’t want them anywhere else. I know the care is compassionate , the engagement is amazing and the quality of living is exceptional.
My family’s experience with Ashland Farms has been wonderful. The caring staff has made all the difference in the world. They go above and beyond. It’s been the right choice for us.
Clean facility. Many items you will have to continue to chase to have corrected Good ongoing programs for the residents. Watch the pricing, escalates quickly, sometimes with little notice. Harb. director is not family friendly. They listen but some issues don't change. Having issues with a wandering resident disturbing items in my mothers room. Still no real resolution to this issue. Have tried resolving issues as their response suggested, no difference. Photos sent to family have stopped. Resident activity calendar not upda... read more
